We expect that our volunteers exemplify the relational DNA of our church as they stand in positions of servant-leadership, and therefore, represent our church body.

As Christ followers, we desire to not only honor God with our hard work but also with our attitudes. We are not here to enforce rules, we are here to SERVE PEOPLE. It’s about GOD and PEOPLE. If we do our role right, we are helping people to connect with each other, and to connect with God. Our Relational DNA defines how we relate to people in our ministry.

This Relational DNA, also found in Romans 12, is listed below.

Any persons volunteering to serve in our kids ministry will be required to undergo a background check. Also, if our pastoral staff and coaches determine that a person is a danger to themselves or others, we will not allow them to serve until proper care has been taken to restore them to emotional, physical, and/or psychological health.
